“There is geometry in the humming of the strings, there is music in the spacing of the spheres” Pythagoras
This work provides a glimpse of contemporary revolutionary geometrical approach to music theory, based on studies in music, published by researchers at Oxford University. Original drawings of scores that were generated by a computer program represent the relationships between chords and scales. This gives audiences the tools to imagine links between the musical and visual realms.
